The editing and proofreading of this updated version, with numerous images included, was greatly assisted by my RN colleagues Mike Rose, Mike Channon and David Catton.

John Nixon, Barbara Ann Smith, Father Robert Hart (St. Helen's church, Hemsworth) and some of the 150 attendees on the 7th Feb, 2015. Pinewood Hill hosted morning coffee for those who came along.
